[Methods]:
Laboratory rats were reared in a standard environment growing to 300 days old (beginning of the aging), then were divided into two groups, one was test group (regenerative nutritional group) fed with standard nutritional food mixed with regenerative substances; the other was control group (non-regenerative nutritional group) fed with the same standard nutritional food, plus the same amount of water instead of regenerative substances. Continue to rear them in standard environment.
[Results]:
Nearly all rats in control group died between day 500 and day 600, and only one survived after day 600.  Rats in test group were still alive on day 826, and there were still enough rats alive for obtaining standard statistic data.  To end the experiment, the rats in test group were killed and the histological changes of two groups were compared.  Results indicated that the organs of rats in test group were in younger state, and the organs of rats in control group were in ageing and degenerating state.and organs of rats in control group showed a status of agering and degenerating.
